This paste features an intense melon flavour and aroma. You can prepare intensely-flavoured melon gelato even without use of fresh fruit. Melon gelato can also be prepared by substituting a quantity of milk to water in the base (e.g. 50% water, 50% milk)
Coconut All Natural
Semi-finished product in paste, characterized by the presence of natural flavors only and the considerable content of coconut pulp.
It is ideal for the preparation of coconut flavoured gelato, pure or in combination with fresh or frozen fruit.
It can also be used to prepare slushes and other pastry recipes.

Paste product used to make strawberry-flavoured ice cream; excellently used to make water ice as well.
