“Albanian Smart Distribution sh.p.k” (ASD), has been operating in the market since 2016 with main activity in wholesale and distribution of semi-finished goods for pastry, bakery, HORECA and semi food industries.
The company has been founded by two partners as follows:
Mr. Andi Kume – General Manager (13 years previous experience in the Corporate banking sector)
Mr. Armir Meca – Director of Sales (13 years experience in the same industry as ASD).
Company Overview
The main warehouse and distribution center, located about 10 km from Tirana, covers 5,300 sqm and includes 550 sqm of office space with administration offices, a showroom, and a modern pastry and bakery lab with 65 seats used for professional training and demonstrations. The 3,200 sqm warehouse offers 1,300 pallet spaces under ambient conditions and 130 pallet spaces in refrigerated storage.
ASD’s distribution network extends through three sub-warehouses in Shkodra, Fier, and Vlora, supported by a fleet of 15 vans. The company serves over 800 clients nationwide and distributes more than 1,200 products (SKUs). With 48 employees, including a 20-person sales team, ASD works exclusively with over 20 prestigious international suppliers such as IREKS GmbH, Frischli (Germany), UNIGRA (Martini Gelato and GLF), Prodotti di Stella, Cesarin Spa (Italy), Scandic Food (Denmark), Olympia BV (Belgium), Cacao Barry (France), and Katsan Ovalette (Turkey).
